GPS after Condi's: unable to fix <-- Returning to stock for RMA?

After installing Condi's rooted ICS, I'm unable to get a gps fix, even when GPS Test shows 10 birds. When and if it finally gets a fix, it's after 30 minutes, with 60 metres error.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S, so I've already tried every trick in the book to fix it (FasterFix, clear / download A-GPS, the works), and nothing helps.

IF I have to send the tablet for recovery, how can I return it to stock?

Thanks

Delete super user and busybox
Flash stock ics rom from recovery.
Reset to factory from recovery.

Or to be extra safe flash your stock 3.2.1r2. then use aio unroot if root is still there for some reson, lol. As you can allways reroot 3.2.1 where as you cant reroot ics from within ics.

Was the gps working before root etc? You could try reinstall ics.

Thanks for the reply!

I actually gave it one last try... I left it under clear sky for 2 hours, and let it hard fix. So, it finally fixed, and now it fixes in ~2 mins (TTFF) with ~10 m accuracy. Not excellent, but at least it doesn't justify sending it to RMA anymore :)

Android uses your region to determine approximate position and assist with obtaining the first GPS fix. Once you have a hard fix, it updates values so it will always get a fix faster in the future.

It's entirely possible that the problem was simply that it thought it was on the other side of the world after updating to Condi's ICS.
