GPU Overclock Limits

I know we already have a GPU overclock available but how far can we push this? I know with my old phone, DINC, we couldn't overclock due to lack of GPU source but we have this for the PowerVR chip right?

Especially with full GPU rendering an overclocked GPU would fare me better than an overclocked CPU.

How about UV of the gpu, anyone know if that's possible? Also do we have fully open sourced gpu drivers or is it only partially open? Just curious where the gpu code is located...
