The theme name appears to be called "TouchWiz6BMM" if anyone wants to just search for it in the Theme Store.

After applying it to my phone I don't seem to get the Grace UX icons, but everything else seems to be in-place.

On a serious note though: I'm in Jamaica, and I can download that theme. There are some other themes though, that I can't download.

I just downloaded this theme no problem. It looks pretty damn sweet. Definitely better than Samsung's default orange and yellows!
