Hello, when the sales opened the box and before he turned on the machine, I noticed that there are thin lines making up grids on the screen. I saw those grids on a demo machine as well. What are they? Is it normal? The sales said that the screen used for the PRO 12.2 is like that.

That's the digitizer sensor grid. It is normal. On some devices it is more pronounced than others but all capacitive touch screens have them. I can say that with the tempered glass screen protector I am no longer able to see the pattern.
