I'm having issues with my Galaxy A8+ SM-A730F. The storage of my phone isn't being detected. I have 32GB internal storage, but all applications say there is no internal storage and no sd card, when there clearly is. The system is able to tell I have 25GB free on internal and 60GB free on the SD Card. If someone knows how to fix this, it would be much appreciated. I am usingTWRP 3.2.3-0 to flash the img.

Works absolutely flawless on my Moto E5 plus (Hannah). Camera is a tad dark, open camera solves that issue.

One issue showed up, audiofx keeps force closing so it won't allow me to use my headphone jack.

Disabled the package, headphone jack works like a charm now

What package you disable ?

I have just purchased a Moto G6 Play. I found out via terminal that it is compatible with Project Treble Roms. I have unlocked my bootloader and installed TWRP. My only issue is that I don't know if I am A or A/B. I do know that I am Arm. How do I find out and is it really as simple as flashing as an image via TRWP? Thanks

Arm32 by definition is A-only
Some GSI works only with Oreo base, some only with PIE, and others with both bases
Name the GSI and I'll tell u
RR7 is broken in that 1) only works on top of phh AOSP v111, 2) SD card access is broken (internal and external)

Thanks, I found a website listing the g6 play as A/B but there is a 64 bit version as well mine is not, so I assume I will go with Arm A

I really don't like they will update this because and their group at some social app can't say the name but they said they wasn't working on Oreo any more just pie. But don't hurt to ask right

Hello all, it's my first time flashing a Project Treble GSI and I'm using a rather strange device, an Alldocube X U1005, which isn't officially supported. Since the device shipped with Oreo and I was able to flash an unofficial LineageOS ROM, I thought I would experiment and try RR. I was able to use TWRP to flash the system-181221-arm64-aonly-gapps-su.img link (which was posted in an Alldocube X U1005 thread) and the device booted and I ran through the Android setup wizard fine, and even was able to restore my cloud based backup, so things looked quite good. However, it seems that I have problems with system apps (like Gboard) as I do not get any home/back/recent buttons on screen regardless of what launcher I use. I'm only able to uninstall Gboard - so I suspect that this might be related to incorrectly flashing the A Only img when my device would have supported seamless OTAs and I should have flashed the A/B image. Does this behavior sound like something that would happen due to the incompatibility of the partition image differences between A only vs A/B GSI?

The other difference could be that in order to flash the LineageOS version, I had to flash the original Chinese firmware which may also have a slightly different partition table than the international models.

I'm very happy to experiment flashing different GSI images, I would just like to make some better educated guesses as what to flash to eliminate a lot of extra flashes. So any advice on what to look for to determine what to flash next to fix this would be appreciated.
