[GSI][SM-T515] i have tested Lineage OS 19.1 GSI on Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2019 LTE [21-11-22]

i am not a developer, i just share a working method. I am not able to fix anything.​

So... This is unofficial and unsupported method. Since we don't flash the bootloader, you should be able recover from any problems...but nothing is guaranteed.​

This is what i did:​

after unlock bootloader and flashed TWRP by mengandez-boy...

-install lastest version of the stock firmare WITH ODIN

-Download right Andy-kun's GSI HERE (a64 for any 32bit binded 64, galaxy tab A 515 is a 32bit binded 64)


lineage-19.1-20221011-UNOFFICIAL-a64_bgS-vndklite.img.xz for GApps included.
lineage-19.1-20221011-UNOFFICIAL-a64_bvS-vndklite.img.xz for Vanilla. (not tested)

-go on TWRP and just format data
-Wipe system
-flash GSI img as System
-flash makemesar.zip
-flash magisk <3

reboot praying for nice boot and ENJOY!​

I did that just 30 minutes ago... so i haven't found bugs.

What's work now as now: (i will update)

-LTE/4G is Working
-WIFI, BT... Feautures and all base A12 things.
-Camera
- all Apps

- Basically i haven't finded bugs for now.

Update:

BUGS​

-MTP is not working, use TWRP mode for copy-paste files.

Shere in the comments the eventually bugs you will find.

Presently I have LineageOS 18.1, installed as explained here. Can I just wipe system and flash the rom or are all these steps necessary?

but flashing the last stock rom doesn't replace the recovery? How can you go on twrp and format data if twrp is replaced from stock recovery?
