Hi Guys

I'm so sorry ,i'm noob..please help me for repair my RAZER

Please see attached photo for select correct rom...

my problem come from OTA update..(phone off when install update)-(battery empty)

for now,i can only make call......camera,media,and all other app's not work(FC)
i can't remove any installed app's,actually after reboot,all changed setting back to first state,Also all deleted data back to phone

Please help me for select correct rom...

It looks like you don't have a recovery applied you need to flash a recovery like razor bootstrapper and then you can flash the from so that you don't get aborted

Seems u have to install fastboot files via RSDlite to reset ur device, farsi ham baladi?

Sorry for persian speak......

but i have very strange problem

i can't flash any firmware if have a "allow mbmloader",,rsd always 3/21 error
i can flash another firmware "without inside (allow mbm) but after done,phone still have a all old data

i can't wipe,i can't remove or unistall any app's or data....(all deleted data or app's back to phone after next reboot)

my phone is dead for 2-3mounth.......i'm angry

please help if anyone have any good idea.......

My Verizon RAZR is currently bircked and RSD (Lite v5.6) fails with "Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process. 6/21 flash "cdt.bin" -> Phone returned Fail; phone connected.

My phone shows:
AP Flashboot Flash Mode (S)
0A.6C
To return...........

Device is LOCKED. STATUS Code:0

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB Connected
....
RSD shows the model as Fastboot CDMA_SPYDER S but Device properties is all N/A.

The xml file i am trying to install from is:
VRZ_XT912_6.5.1-167_DHD-14_M2-5_CFC_1FF_01.xml

Im running Windows 7 x64 and i have tried two different MOTO drivers and turning off my firewall with no change. I also installed RSD on an XP machine i had available but the results were exactly the same.


Help please, I am dead in the water.

You should try other version. I think you're flashing an ota file instead a stock rom

You can figure out what's exactly your phone model by checking warranty in motorola support website

motorola.com look for support then warranty

You need to provide your imei and you'll get your warrantt status and the phone infornation. Get me this info and I'll be able to help you better

My problem of course is that i do no have access to the IMEI. RSD will not pull it and i have not Operating System running. Is there another way of pulling it from the phone?
