My problem of course is that i do no have access to the IMEI. RSD will not pull it and i have not Operating System running. Is there another way of pulling it from the phone?

Your imei is written in micro sim/sdcard door.

I went to the Motorola site as you suggested and entered my IMEI XXXXXXXXXXXX) and it only confirmed that it is still covered under warranty. I even went through the service request process up to the name and address but i did not see any unit specific information.

Is there some other place i can find what you need. If it helps this is the Verizon (xt912).

i have already tried the one you Droid Utility 1.51 you recommend and I get INFOPreflash validation failure for cdt.bin, devtree, boot, recovery, cdrom.

History -
I was running the first ICS leak when i decided to flash a theme adn everything when wrong. I flashed the theme resotre but that did not clear the problem so I then did a factory wipe and still had problems with phone app, contacts app and several others. Thsi is when i tried to use the Utility you recommended.

How do i restore from the ICS leak?

I followed the instructions and recieved the same errors i have been getting. the 1.6 version of the utility seems to be gone so i used the 1.5 that i already had and no change to my situation.

Man, Im out of ideas. Maybe soneone have another sugestion? All I know is you'll aways can send it for repair. Am not sure if a SO problem like urs are really a problem to warranty services. In any case, worse that can happen is motorola charge u for repair. Sorry man

I think the version should be 651.167.26 as the ota from SPU: 11 M1-2 651.73.30 shows SPU: 15 M2-3 but version 651.167.26. Caused me some confusion when trying to get back onto the official update path.

what's happened? this is not the real HKTW version!!!
I flashed it and my razr maxx became 2.3.5, lost all apn setting, a apps call motolounge came out (i tried to open it, but it open moto's au website and told me it isn't support hong kong.............)
after i use the ota pack upgrade to 4.0.4, it became GAS_ASIA_USASPDRICSIRD_P021 but not GAS_ASIA_USAPRDICSIRDHKTW_P020, it's not HKTW retail, but people use the same ota pack to upgrade to 4.0.4, there version is GAS_ASIA_USAPRDICSIRDHKTW_P020.
so what was happen?

Got a huge problem here guys!

I flkashed my phone to 161.73.30 SPU 33 europe austrailia, then i tried rooting it with motofail but it didn't work. SO i updated over ota so I got android 2.3.6 (had 2.3.5 before) but I still couldn't get root. So I tried to reflash back to my old rom via RS Lite but it just fails and the first step (worked before).

Should I Download some other rom files made for 2.3.6 instead? But I want to get back to 2.3.5.

I have managed to start the phone in recovery and have erased the data to factory reset!!! then i restarted and it only restart to " AP Fastboot mode ($) (Recipe Failure)" and if you press the volume + and volume - , plus power it does strart in the menu and when i hit the reboot (normal power up ) it boots normally but i have to do this same process every time I power off the phone to get it to boot!!! please someone help me !!!!

Whats your current system? If you're in latam ics then flash again.
