GT-9192 S4 Mini Duos Sim Management shortcuts

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create/develop a shortcut for the GT-I9192 Duos, that changes the SIM Management mode for Voice calls, so that I could change between "Always Ask", "SIM1", "SIM2" and "Current SIM" using an app like Llama or Tasker?
