Password lock your phone, connect USB and when it shows up in Explorer, unlock it.
Password locked it, tried restarting, numerously (it's PIN locked, thus locks, automatically)...it doesn't show up at all...removed the drivers from device manager, on machines with previous device center installed, tried it on Windows Server 2012, 8, 7, XP. MTP doesn't start (it will show up in explorer when Full FS is off, even shows some of its root partition when the registry key gets changed to "C:", but I still wouldn't let me see those folders with excessive "system" files so I could delete them). I'm not 100% sure, but I do think Full FS should allow the Web Server to see those folders, I'll be corrected by GDTD...it might be that since the phone has very little free space left now, that it's not somehow allowing the MTP process to start up and show the device in explorer (it does however get recognized by any Windows x64 OS as a
MTP USB Device which has the following status
"This device cannot start. (Code 10) The process hosting the driver for this device has terminated." or it might be something to do with desktop x64 operating systems maybe using any non-signed drivers that won't start without disabling that under Windows startup menu....sry I'm wildly speculating now):
