ART needs some time to compile all the apps you have installed. So it will be normal that it takes a long time to complete the task.
So wait a long time, and if not start, it is best flashing again.
It will be better next time, check that all the apps you want to install, are compatible with lollipop.
Hi Hugo. If i'm not wrong, I thought that lollipop compiles the apk while installing the app. So unless I clear the cache, it does not need to compile the apps again at boot up right ?? Anyway, after waiting for another 30 mins I reflashed the ROM, GApps and K Kernel without wiping data. When I rebooted to system, within 5 mins I was shown the initial setup screen again. But within a sec, the screen blackouts out showing only the battery and coverage icon on the status bar. I couldn't setup the phone. So I went back to recovery again, and cleared cache and dalvik cache and fixed permissions. After rebooting to system, now its at the rotating logo for 3 hours now. is this normal ?
Edit : I saw your point about some apps being incompatible in lollipop maybe causing this ? How to ensure that the apps are compatible ? If I install them from playstore instead will that be ok?
