yep. all stages done as it says. and i have done this on 2.5.3 with no problems. tried another mod. the same.

If you are on another kernel different than Siyah and the mods don't have effect, please try go to recovery, wipe dalvik cache and cache partition then, go to mount and storage and mount system, finally flash the mod then wipe dalvik and cache after flashing and fix ermissions.

I've been using 2.6 for 3 days already and haven't encountered any major problem as of yet. 2.6 is superb! Good job to Wes and everyone who contributed in making this awesome ROM I did experienced SOD, but I think it's due to dorimanx's kernel. I switched to siyah 3.3.3d with relaxed UV values (but I changed governor to conservative/noop) and it's awesome. Scrolling is still smooth, no lag when browsing. I lost only 1% after 9 hours of deep sleep. I also froze Tapatalk app, as it uses too much CPU even on deep sleep.

all in all experience with 2.6 is great! it seems 2.6 is a stable ROM for me.

I have almost everything going smoothly on RR2.6 now, but the one issue I keep having is the wakelock I mentioned a few days ago. If anyone has any ideas I'd be a happy bugger. Sorry for asking again but no one previously replied and searching did not result in a solution (clearing cache and/or data didn't resolve anything). The weird thing is that the Sync-icon is next to the calendar (accounts & sync) even when it is marked to not sync. It always wants to sync no matter if the sync-option is checked or not. The sync-icon is there, 100% of the time.

I changed modems and kernels but the problem remains.

I won't post the entire bbs log since most of it is fine, but Calendar Sync and SynLoopWakeLock reach completely retarded counts. Over 50% of the time the phone stays awake because of the following:

No FC on my side. I tried adding different events and info, no FC. is your contact app modded? I think I wasn't able to flash the black mod.. my native sms app and contacts has white background.

I recommend Autostarts app from market. Its a paid app but well worth it in my opinion. Once open first time just go to settings and '' group by application and then change all the setting with each app you want running/starting up etc..

i think siyah 3.3.3d is a keeper now. when iwoke up this morning and checked cpu spy, i was on 93% deep sleep. would have been higher if i logged out from facebook. batt life is good as well. cant post pics since im charging my phone and i usually dont interrupt charging but im on 1d 11h on battery with still 13% left. just about 4 hours screen time but this is my regular usage more or less. not to mention my battery is a little worn out already. am happy with it atm

Cleared data and removed and added my account already, but that didn't work. The problem keeps randomly popping up. I always do a full wipe before testing a new ROM so I can pinpoint issues without having to worry about them being related to previous installs. So far the only RR ROM that has been without any problems and very stable has been 1.1, so I think I might have to revert back to that one since my phone keeps burning holes in my pocket now with 2.6 and the battery won't last longer than 7 to 10 hours.

I'll try reinstalling 2.6 for a third time tonight and see how it goes. Thanks for your response though, it's appreciated.
