Don't know if anybody already knows this....

I had a hard bricked GT-N7000. I messed around and had it stuck on Factory.FS following a full wipe, same as many others. I then messed around with the partitions (PIT) file on ODIN and ended up with a completely dead...absolutely nothing....GT-N7000 ....jig did nothing either....totally dead

I took it to a phone repair shop who got it back to life and managed to flash with a JTag. However, he said that the phone would not accept any of the GT-N7000 ROMs - as suspected.

The surprising thing is though, he said he got a full GT-i9220 ROM with PIT file etc. and it flashed no problem.

So I ended up with a fully working GT-i9220

I've since, with the help of the patched PIT file, switched it back to a GT-N7000

I just thought it was interesting how the i9220 would flash on what was a hard-bricked Note.

This is really interesting.

If it was a true superbrick (I think it was because of the wipe and flash problems) then if you could get more info from the guy that performed the JTag this could be a way out from it.

Please try to get more info of what was his procedure.

Thanks

Truely intresting
How is it possible to flash any rom on a super bricked mobile
My note once got bricked due to emmc bug..I followed a process shown somewhere in xda and got my note back to life with a loss of 3gb internal memory
I think it may be something like that

Sorry but that process is only for those who can enter download mode but not recovery
In that case phone is not totally bricked but there will be no other option other than this
