Gtalk Video in ICS

I cannot get Google talk Video top work on my phone, I have litereally tried all variants of this app
heres my config
Kernel: Bigmem Glitch
ROm: AOkp M5
GApps: Latest version (25th april I guess)
Please help i really want to use that feature. ALso i cannot use the hangout feature in the G+ messenger, I think the two problems are related.
Anyone who helps or even posts gets thanks from me
