Guest mode / Multiple users

How it is possible to add guest accounts in Galaxy S21 Ultra? There is no user icon in the notification shade anymore. Also, System > Multiple users option is not available. Is it removed at all?
Edit: It seems that Samsung removed such option from Android.

That's not true, I have a phone that two losers have hacked and have it in guest mode.
