no idea, try it but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong its not my problem and you have been warned... with that said i would say this is about 95% likely to work perfectly fine but obviously use only the FTF's for your phone.
i flashed orignal firmware (4.0.2.A.0.62) for my xperia neo v MT11i
the flashtool warned me that simlock.ta file is ignored .
however the device is working good , do need to wory about it ?
Hey I have now Lupus-stock-ics-gb-v5 kernel on my xperia play. I want to go to jelly bean but for the ROM I want I need to flash new ftf for custom kernels. Do I have to exclude kernel by flashing the ftf or can I get into fastboot without kernel?

I think its because the other guides are things people use more and don't know how to do while flashing ftf is easier to figure out by yourself. But I've used a couple of you're other guides and they helped a lot.

Yes I totally agree with abdel12345 your guides are well laid out and not too complicated some times people over explain things and this can complicate things especially if your new to android.That's why I have put a link to your tutorials in my signature because unfortunately some people forget to use the search feature lol
