Edit: Are SMS supposed to work with VoWifi? If they are they are not working for me

Receiving SMS in deed works on my Poco f1. Sending however doesn't. Something even more weird: After trying to send a SMS my VoWifi settings for my SIM slot got disabled again and I've lost VoWifi capability. Had to use PDC once more to (re)activate it.

Hmm I couldn't test receiving SMS but also after trying to send a few SMS my VoWifi kept working luckily

activating the VoWiFi setting doesnt mean that VoWiFi is working !

Q: How to know if VoWiFi is working ?
A: Put phone in airplane mode and reactivate WiFi only. If you are able to make a call then VoWiFi is working.

Yes but in mine it work, i've the icon + i can make call from wifi
so it is working in the latest version without any tricks apart *#*#vowifi#*#*

I have VoWIFI enabled on my Poco F1 with LOS16 and it definately works (no reception at all in my office but wifi calls are getting through). I have no VoWifi icon but I get a Wifi-Call message on my call screen. Switching to Airplane mode and reactivating WiFi strangely doesn't work. I get a message that I have to disable airplane mode.

Wel l beg to differ. I have crystal clear HD reception even with no cell signal at all. When I turn wifi off the call gets dropped right away. Maybe the failure to get it working in airplanemode has to do with LOS16 I don't know.

I have used that method on Redmi Note 5, but I have problem. There is no profile which I need (Orange Poland), on german thread of that guide (android-hubo) I have found file mcfg_sw.mbn but after adding that into PDC there is still needed profile. Is anybody have other mcfg_sw.mbn which will pass ?

So what's missing for VoWiFi? I've enabled VoLte for O2 and it's showing the symbol in notification menu. But it won't do voice over wi-fi. I was thinking, that it's the same setting/profile as in both cases phone will connect to a kind of advanced sip server of my provider.

I've stock and although I enabled the vowifi checkbox, there is no connection for me. Only volte is working so far.

So I rooted my devices, got the drivers installed and when I connect my unlocked phone to my Windows 10 computer, I can see a qualcomm hs-usb device being connected. But when I start PDC as administrator, its empty and i can't see any entries nor can I activate the profile. What might be wrong?

edit: I totally missed that dropdown menu. could set active value for both sub0 and sub1 with DT_Greece. Unfortunatelly no VoWiFi on ASOP Ex

Edit 2. After second try and a newer PDC it works now even with airplane mode. Unfortunately there is no symbol to show VoWiFi. But hey at least it works.

Sony also has pretty small and nice icons for VoWiFi and VoLte.

Same here. Apparently this doesn't work at all on the MIA1 - no matter what ROM you are running.

For Indian users . There is probably only one provider called jio which provides vowifi but only through jiofi router.
I don't know if it works on A1 though. I have to try.
