fastboot into twrp and select backup. froh there you can choose "EFS" to backup. There are plenty of guedes on how to use TWRP here. I'd suggest you look around

But another Question
Where is this setting stored, in EFS Partition as far i understand? And when will it go overwritten (Flashing new Rom, Factory Reset)?

EFS does not get altered when flashing a custom ROM or doing a factory reset. With Stock ROMs that's a different story. But details on that are beyond my knowledge unfortunately. Maybe someone else can explain?

My concern was, what will happen if i root my Phone enable VoWifi and remove root to get updates...

As a method looks that it works on 10.2.3 rooted poco, although calls via vowifi do not come through (maybe i am restricted by my providers).

I know this how to might be device specific but I've seen several post of other people referring to this guid despite on other devices. I tried it with Mi Max (Helium) for quite a while now. Drivers and QPST installed but PDC is not recognizing the Max (the included configurator of QPST is showing the device). Any hints on that? (device manager is showing qualcomm hs-usb diagnostics 903d). Thanks for any help!

active by *#*#869434#*#* and in option u can active it like for volte

I enabled good profile in PDC - DT_Poland and Volte + Wi Calling working but only on SIM1 slot
In slot2 SIM2 still this same situation befeore switch on DT-Poland
I can swich also for SIM2 slot2 ?

VoWIFI working on stock ROM locked bootloader with three network in UK after I got them to provision my sim for wi-fi calling. At first they said Pocophone f1 not compatible for wi-fi calling so I told them I will be moving to another network for my services and 15 minutes later I had wi-fi calling. Terrible I had to threaten to move company to get this service. Tested it and it works great.

I have exactly the same issue just like you - did you solve?
I would like to use PDC on my Redmi Note 4X (Mido)... .. . no luck yet.

For me it worked the following way:
Download Terminal Emulator apk - MAGISK will grant it SU priviliges
Launch Terminal on your phone and type in:
su
setprop sys.usb.config diag,serial_cdev,rmnet,adb
Wait until the drivers get installed, check its status in "Device Manager" on your PC
Once the drivers have been loaded type in the code on your phone *#*#717717#*#*
Launch PDC and choose your device from drop down list.
Select appropriate profile and activate it.
That is it.

However I lose incoming caller ID - all numbers are unknown?!
Can somebody suggest sollution for this?
I have also tried few other profiles but none of them worked.
I am on MIUI 9.6.13.

You can try choosing a different profile e.g. DT_Croatia, not really sure if there is any specific for Slovenia, I could not find any in entire list.

Alternatively you may try edit "overideconfig" file by adding below lines:

[SIPConfig:FeatureFlags]
*IsImsiNeededForContactHeader = 0

It can be accessed with EFS Explorer in QPST.
Once your phone has been connected, you search for a folder "efsprofiles" where the file "overrideconfig" is located.
Drag it to your local folder, edit with Notepad C++ and drag it back to EFS Explorer.

This should resolve the lack of caller ID
