You can try choosing a different profile e.g. DT_Croatia, not really sure if there is any specific for Slovenia, I could not find any in entire list.

Alternatively you may try edit "overideconfig" file by adding below lines:

[SIPConfig:FeatureFlags]
*IsImsiNeededForContactHeader = 0

It can be accessed with EFS Explorer in QPST.
Once your phone has been connected, you search for a folder "efsprofiles" where the file "overrideconfig" is located.
Drag it to your local folder, edit with Notepad C++ and drag it back to EFS Explorer.

This should resolve the lack of caller ID

Thanks for the tip, but it didn't work.
Tried few other profiles - if Vowifi works, caller ID dissapears (ie Netherlands-Volte-Vodafone)

He made this possible

This is the instruction to activate VoWiFi / WLAN Call on the Poco F1
Its tested and verfied to work with EU ROM (Oreo & Pie based) and german provider o2 (Telefonica)

Before you read on i want to make clear that I am not responsible for bricked devices !

Basic requirements are root rights to do this mod
Maybe latest 2017 Qualcomm Diag QD-Loader Windows 10 Drivers signed are needed for this to work.

!!! Before doing this Mod you should backup EFS-partition !!!

- download QPST tool and install
- enable USB debugging in Developer settings
- now either go to terminal app and type:

   su
   setprop sys.usb.config diag,serial_cdev,rmnet,adb

or
adb from PC

  adb shell
  su
  setprop sys.usb.config diag,serial_cdev,rmnet,adb

- connect Poco F1 with original USB cable to PC
- start PDC (from QPST tool) on PC
- Poco F1 should be recognized by PDC (if not install Qualcomm driver and check Device Manager)
- activate corresponding profile (in case of german o2 its DT_Greece)
- install VoLTE & VoWiFi Enabler Magisk module (optional) or activate setting with dialer code *#*#869434#*#*
- restart Poco F1
- Voila

I have had EE commercial activated on sub0 and sub1 but its still greyed out in *#*#4636#*#* - Any ideas please?

Try with same "DT_Greece" , it worked for me, orange spain, good luck

Worked for me in the UK on Vodafone.

Stock Rom, no ADB manipulation, no root.

Make sure to enable in the My Vodafone App first though

In My Vodafone

Go to Services and extras > Calling options > Switch Wi-Fi Calling On
In the My Vodafone App

Go to My Products and Services > Manage Bars and Extras > Calling Options > Switch Wi-Fi Calling On

(It then can take 24 hours - be patient )

FYI - I had to type in the code twice, first time nothing happened (or I mistyped), second time it said "VOWIFI carrier check disabled" or similar...

Thank you, i put it onto DT_Greece and sure enough the wifi calling symbol appears. However, when i go to make a call it says mobile network not available and still when i go to *#*#4636#*#* it has vowifi and lte greyed out and on no. Am i doing something wrong?

Edit: So the phone receives calls over wifi calling but won't call out. Any ideas?

So on DTgreece I can send and receive text messages receive calls but not make calls, when making a call it just says mobile network not available. Any ideas please?

I have exactly the same issue just like you - did you solve?
I would like to use PDC on my Redmi Note 4X (Mido)... .. . no luck yet.

I got around this issue, now I'm able to put the phone to diag mode on custom ROMs, too!

I wrote a Telegra.ph article about it > available here and wrote to the original german forum as well.

I'm sure the method should work on basically all Qualcomm equipped devices.

not works with EU pie rom to me too. from Sri Lanka we have VOWIFI network. tried switching many profiles but not works .

Do you have a Vodafone India profile? volte and vowifi both work on the oneplus 7 pro using that profile.

Yes thats the one i have installed. And when i look at the screenshot at the first post my phone have the same driver. still Connect failed
