can you please share the details ??
I am too on G2 VS980 using CloudyG2 3.3 Rom with Dorimanx V4.6 kernel..
You have to consider that voltages are different with different kernels, I have tested with slimsaber so I probably have different voltages from you however I use these parameters:

above_hispeed_delay 20000 960000:60000 1267200:80000 1497600:95000 1881600:150000
hispeed_freq 576000
min_sample_time 40000
target_loads 98 576000:40 960000:60 1267200:75 1497600:80 1881600:95
timer_rate 20000

Hey there. Just came across your comment. I was curious as to whether you've kept using these settings, and how it's been working for you.

It worked well but now I'm using smartmax that is performing very well cause I need more battery life: at least 8 hours of sot with average use and no lag. However I think that interactive allows better performance and acceptable battery

Cool, I've been tweaking my G2 as well using the interactive governor, but the kernel on the latest DU has a few more governors, including Dance Dance, Smartmax and Smartmax EPS. Might try them out, since you consider it to give better battery life compared to a tweaked interactive.
Thanks for the reply!

Oh gosh, I totally forgot that I posted this guide!

For what it's worth, I'm now trying to figure out a method to get this to work with not just a greater number of cores, but also multiple CPUs.

Stay tuned for an upgraded guide, soon as I nail these issues!

I like this guide. My quad core phone had minor differences with your setting and everything is still butter smooth. I had trouble at first with the settings then took what you meant about CPU % and optimisation seriously, did some more adjustments and bam! Will look forward to your input soon!

What phone was it? I have a Nexus 4 ATM and I really would like to tryv this guide! And seeing the chipsets are really similar, I'd be nice to find the most appropriate settings to get the smoothest and battery friendly performance possible. Thx!

I'm running an Xperia C3. Check out the new thread also, there are some changes in the settings that helps.

Dude, awesome guide!
It helped me loads.
If you don't mind I will include a link to this thread in my guides, since this is relevant to what I'm writing about :D.

Could you share screens of the tuned settings for the cpu so i can correlate my numbers to see if im headed in the right direction?
This thread is outdated, there are some additional profiles to be used in the new thread here. You don't have to correlate your settings, the only thing you want to calculate yourself is the target_loads.

The second post contains different profiles (I recommend GhostPepper), but there are some extra profiles not written you have to ask inside there.

Okay, thanks, I will try out the ghost pepper, but re adjust with my settings if i feel the battery going down fast, since i have an M7

Great guide and works very nice on my moto x play changing the frequencies a little suited for my device. Much better compared then the stock settings.Battery last longer and performance is smooth. Thanks.
