I have YT9213AJ car stereo 2 gb and 16 gb memory but it lost Google account and some app delete auto and Google account not support . When I formated / reset it again Google account working well but after update it also delet my google acoount and play store also delete what should I do now?

Try to use my video guide instead. It's in the first thread and in my signature.

If that doesn't work, it's a driver issue. Follow my guide on how to install Mediatek drivers and make sure to use the drivers I attached.

The symptoms are described in detail in my SP Flash Tool guide. I am releasing a full video guide, probably tomorrow, on how to successfully backup and upgrade your head unit.

Update another wrong rom and remove the preloader and I think the error is because of that but I can't install it.

Thanks for your answer. In fact I have used your video for the test point and my laptop detects the device without problem, just like flash tool. The problem is basically that I don't have a backup to fix the problem, and I'm trying to fix it by searching here on xda.

Remember to install the full firmware package after you have restored your bootloader.

If it doesn't work, describe in detail what you do and what errors you get and we'll troubleshoot further.

I think I need the preloader file for MT8127 but there is no preloader file in the folder. Tried putting in supermod yt9216 file and flash file but it remains black. Is the preloader always the same or does it change?

First you need to recover your head unit. Then simply "Download" the firmware in SP Flash Tool, ticking all the boxes aside from preloader.

first to recover the bootloader I have installed the scatter file just marking preloader in the format option.

second I have installed the boot1 in advanced mode following your video.

The above steps were done without any errors.

I have repeated the process again from the beginning, this time when installing the firmware I have not marked the preloader option.

I have connected the unit and it is on a black screen, according to your indication I will leave it connected for a while, waiting and it works.

I mean version of XYAUTO, not Android.
