I'm getting the same error here. I've upgraded to 185 with no problems sometime ago, now I'm trying to upgrade to 193 and can't get past this error. I've already tried in two different computers and the error is the same.
Me too. I have a L04 and updated to 186. Now I can't update to 193. Get no internet error in two different computers. I think it has to do with the server communication and maybe a blacklist to our IMEIs or something. I am really annoyed by how difficult Huawei makes updating this phones. I am comming from a Note 9 / Note 8 / S8+ and Samsung makes this so much easier with Odin. Is our phones and the updates are official. Why F#$% with peoples choice of updating. I may be getting a Note 10 + and will probably will never look back just because this is getting stupid.

I also don't understand Huawei's policy on updates. It's really weird... and very annoying! I used to have Motorola and Samsung phones and the update policy was far from perfect, but it wasn't as difficult as it is with Huawei.
I tested several IP addresses for query.hicloud.com by changing Windows' host file and trying to check for updates on Hisuite. Only 159.138.6.23 worked for this purpose. Anyway, no matter which IP address is used for query.hicould.com, Hisuite always failed when trying to perform a system recovery, showing the "No Internet connection. Please check your network settings" error message. It really looks like an issue on the server side. :(

There is an update for the beta Anseoid 10 beta 10.0.42.
Unfortunately that update doesn't appear in Firmware Finder. I guess that as its a beta they might host it in a different place. It would be nice to find out so we can test it hehe
