[Guide] At&t Note 3 Sim Unlock

I have a sgn3 from AT&T and used cellunlockers.net to unlock the device and it worked great. Tried a orange UK SIM and it's good.

Should this method be working for a T-Mobile Note 3 (N900T) with a Straight Talk sim card?

I used the "easy" root on kingoapp.com since the root de la vega seemed over my head. It says that my phone was rooted properly. I then followed the steps with an unactivated t-mobile sim, installed and ran region lock away, chose reboot later, turned off, then put in the straight talk sim but I still get a sim error.

Do I need to re-root using the CF Auto Root? I downloaded the root checker app and it says that I have root access...

I tried that too. I activated the T-Mobile sim and I get a "not registered on network" error when trying to make a call.

I contacted T-Mobile and it turns out that the phone I bought on eBay listed as new has a bad IMEI due to someone not paying for the phone in full. Looks like I'll have to appeal via eBay to get my money back since I can't use the phone.

OTA MJ5 failed with this method.

Compatible with MI9

I wanna go to Metro because I want to cut phone bill to half. The rep said that I could use that phone but it needed to be unlock it first in order for me to use on Metro. Dose this method work for this particular device. Please help :good:

If you are out of contract with att just call them and tell them you are going to be going out of the country for a bit and need to unlock. Since plan is up and you don't owe on it they are supposed to do it. If under contract then not sure on the above but I believe that site he posted will for a price

What if i can't get the unlock code... What steps can i take from

Is it possible to get this phone unlocked if I'm not on contract from like those unlocking websites? Because I got this from Craigslist and I called AT&T and they said it's not ready for unlock from them

You should try again, sometimes it takes more than one try.

If you can't, go to cellunlocker.net and get it done for $30. Got my code within 2 hours. (Expected wait time is 1-5 hours)
