When you install, it goes under a folder. To use it in console at any folder, you need to put the folder path into system path environment variable.

Why unlock bootloader if root is temporary?
Everybody knows that root can brings some freezes and then reboot, and we know that reboot after rooting this crap will brick it.
There's no reason to unlockbootloader if nothing can de done after
