I have and still I get CTS Mismatch. Maybe because I have xposed installed
Could be the rom itself.

I'm currently using Alexis' Nougat Rom 2.1 and I'm only passing basic integrity on March 1st security patch. However when I 'temporarily' tested Griffin's Nougat Rom that was also on March 1st security patch, I passed no problem.

I'm using a modified build prop someone posted on xda a few weeks ago, now I pass with NNE 2.1. But before I was the same as you, couldn't pass at all. I'm using Noxx/nog33k kernel V5, I updated to V6 and safetynet broke for some reason so I'll stick with v5!

You mind linking me the modified build prop? Thanks.

Uninstalled magisk and flashed magisk 12.0 (latest) and did what OP said. In root browser it says "permission change not successful"....Any way?

I need to edit the thread (again) but in Magisk V12+ you do not need to set the permissions of the files as MagiskHide will automatically do it for you.

If that's so...."response payload validation failed" meaning I have to flash magisk uninstaller and do everything all over again? I'm using note 3 n9005 on Resurrection Remix

Unable to bypass ctsprofilemismatch in galaxy s5 4g india klte using lineageos 14.1 with lineageos kernel.

Basic check is bypassed.

Any hints?
Using TWRP.
Installed lineage fresh followed by gapps and then magisk and reboot. Installed required software and updated file permissions using es file explorer. Enabled magicsk hide and reboot.
Updated file perms again after reboot.

Sorry for the late reply but I have no idea. I believe the Magisk forums on XDA might be a better place to post.

Off topic: This thread is practically rendered useless now. The newer versions of Magisk (and more specifically MagiskHide) deals with all of this stuff now.
