thanks ,I did all the steps..bootloader get unlocked.I flashed it also by the latest version
11.0.0-GLOBAL-OnePlus8Oxygen_15.O.30_OTA_0300_all_2010031624_c5e68b42b3325-FASTBOOT..but sadly it is not rebooting and stuck on a Crashbump mode
can anyone can help to fix this..everything step went well only after flashing it came like this.

I swapped the phone a while back. Usually MSM back as something wasn't flashed correctly. Let me know if you need help.

It works no bricking. If something happened you can go back with MSM.

hey how can we go back ..as my device get stucked at crash mode .
or please suggest me where I did wrong.
after having unlock code from t-mobile ,bootloader get unlocked and I get it flashed with 11.0.0-GLOBAL-OnePlus8Oxygen_15.O.30_OTA_0300_all_2010031624_c5e68b42b3325-FASTBOOT stock..

as i told that my device get stucked at crash mode.so please suggest me is there any particular file to flash..as device is able to come in fastboot mode ,but if we hard reset it,it wont able to come on home page
