Huawei no longer provides bootloader unlock codes. Is there a safe, reliable way to do this that works around that?

The link to the Huawei unlock page at the start of this thread is offline, and that other thread says "glad the page is still online" but doesn't give a link. I'm slightly confused.Today, just few hours earlier

That seems to be going well, but it couldn't get the phone into download mode, and the phone got into a boot loop. I managed to get the phone into Huawei recovery mode, but it can't find anything to recover to. So right now the phone is broken, not working at all, which isn't ideal. I don't know how to proceed from here, but I'll do some searching to see. Advice very welcome.U can use the new tool from Dc Unlocker to Rebrand, its free.
Still a Beta version but u can test.
No need to unlock bootloader, TWRP or root!

Nice to hear it works, have not tested it myself. And it is still a Beta tool so be aware. That seems to be going well, but it couldn't get the phone into download mode, and the phone got into a boot loop. UPDATE: I hit a button to continue, it said "updating and stayed at 5%", so I hit go on the unlocker tool again. It seems to be trying to install the update again - it's up to 22%.
UPDATE 2: It seems to be working now. The trick seems to be when you get prompts do the "standard" action it says not the "to recovery" action. Then when the phone is saying "apply update" you have to start the DC Converter tool again.
All in all, a slightly more stressful process than I would prefer, but it seems to have upgraded my phone from the C900 version that hasn't gotten updates since March 2016 to a reasonably new version. Thanks for the good tool![]()
Will that work for p9 plus?U can use the new tool from Dc Unlocker to Rebrand, its free.
