Yes steps will remian the same. Just oeminfo file for US version and then firmware.

Then you may need to buy the code via paid services. HCU client, DC Unlocker, Chimera tool will help but all paid.

Yes you can, in fact i did twice vice versa

I am not able, to use Multitool 7 started inside Multitool 8. After less milliseconds it changes to russion (kyrillic) language.
I would not click just the numbers from manual, looks not identical at all.
