[GUIDE] Disable the data disabled notification

hello guys, just want to share this in this section.

i don't know if there is an existing tutorial about this so mod please close if have duplicate.

First of all, i did this for those who have always data disabled like mine and want a clean status bar.
I found a way to disable it by playing with some settings file in the system folder.

Just follow this very simple steps.
1. Using rootexplorer or any file manager than can access root go to:

system/etc/customization/settings/com/android/phone

2. open custom_settings.xml using text editor.
It should look like this.

<settings version="412">
<setting key="national_data_roaming_visibility" runtime="false">true</setting>
<setting key="national_data_roaming_setting" runtime="false">1</setting>
<setting key="data-connection-except-mms-can-clear-icon" runtime="false">true</setting>
<setting key="data-connection-except-mms-show-icon-when-enabled" runtime="false">true</setting>
<setting key="data-connection-except-mms-show-icon-when-disabled" runtime="false">true</setting>
<setting key="dual-mic-noise-suppression-enabled" runtime="true">true</setting>
</settings>

3. Change the highlighted: the first one to true and the second to false or simply switch their values.

4. That's it, reboot your phone and the notification will not show if it is disabled.
5. Hope you find it useful although it's just a simple trick. Will play more about different settings file and will post here if can help others.

FLASHABLE ZIP:
For those who have different contents like hansip posted below, you can flash it using the attachment below created by jjdoctor.

i don't think we can call it a mod.
but im now studying and reading some tutorials on how to mod android things.

i think you can add those lines without any problem.

Many Roms don't have these lines..So I created a flashable zip that will work for all..

Just Flash in Recovery.. That's it...

No need of any permission changes. Just change the values as mentioned in the first post.

Yep, my Ray also had just the one line of text so I simply added the extra entry with the changes,
restarted the phone and no more data disabled message! Confirmed working fix, Thank you!

Also settings version is not 412. Do i need change to 412?

UPDATE: I just added this line above mic line and works, no notification about disabled data:

Helle, i have a little noobish question,
I have cwm installed on my phone but how can i flash zips with it,
Can i just select the zip and everything will just go automaticly or am i supposed to target an file to overwrite?
