Yes definitely thankful forum member @AlanVenu pointed that out. I still don't understand the "why" but glad it's working that's for sureI failed to change action mode for 6 hours the other day when I softbricked. "factory reset status 2" blue screen when you dont change action mode. Seems as though lots of folks are doing this and dont know. Excellent guide.
Dude. Seriously. First post.Is there a sprint stock tot somewhere? I'd like to get wifi calling back and the one I've been trying doesn't have it.
OK I should rephrase. I've been using all the links in OP and I am not getting all the sprint apps. I get sprintID and nothing else, which means no WIFI calling. Why is thatDude. Seriously. First post.
Mind if I ask what you did to get into a boot loop? Thanks. Can't believe I'm already in a boot loop on an hour after I root
These codes are for...???The codes that come to mind are (maybe)
##UPDATE# (phone will reboot)
OR
##SCRTN# (phone will reboot)

I changed one thing in build.prop (An optimization, specifically the line: "debug.composition.type=c2d") with root file explorer and now my phone is in a boot loop. I'm pretty sure all I have to do is get the original build.prop in /system but I can't get adb to work. Even apart from the build.prop you hosted a link to, root file explorer saved my original one as build.prop.bak so I have that too.So if you asked for su in shell it would give you an error?
I did some looking, I wonder if issuing these command manually would work. The phone needs to be plugged into the computer and then turn it on. As its turning on:
(1 @ECHO*off
(2)cd /d %~dp0
(3)echo.
(4)echo Waiting for device...adb wait-for-device
(5)echo.
(6)adb -d shell stop
(7)adb -d shell su -c "mount -o remount rw /system"
Ive noticed that which leads me to think that this isn't a complete spark .tot. maybe the ## code that we actually need reflashes the sprint boot animation but I was wondering if it was complete stock because of that change.Another thing I've noticed but isn't a big deal. Has anyone who's used the .tot noticed that the sprint spark boot ani is gone? I still get the little sun icon spinning so I'm guessing i still am getting the "spark".
##UPDATE# got me sprint ID, Lumen Toolbar, and Lookout, nothing elseThe codes that come to mind are (maybe)
