On next screen, sign in.... use the same id that u have used on your phone... if u haven't then sign up and then log in to website with it... it'll give you the option to download drivers.. skip or download if u don't have the latest software. Scroll at last and paste the above code.. and then click on "Can my device unlocked". then scroll down and click on "I agree" and then click on "Get unlock key" ... u'll get it on the email from which u have logged in.

i did followed the steps...it wont work one time...bt I've done it 7 times...its not giving me any code
On my previous devices(Moto G and Moto G 2nd Gen) after downgrading we got the ota ,so it should be similar for G4 Plus also.
i couldnt wait and just sideloaded the captured rom. works perfectly.
I have the save problem with CM 14.1 with RR kernel.
stuck on the same msg. How did you resolve it ? what do you mean by "clearing recovery & boot" ?
Not successful while downgrading CM 14.1 12/25 build with RR Kernel.
flashing "boot.img" fails, & then can't even boot in recovery or system !

I want to know will there be any error during installation since even after the downgrade the bootloader is still of Android N and again V r flashing the same bootloader.
