Swapper 2 isn't anymore available on play store, where I could download it?
Again if you have read posts earlier ,you can see that swapper is responsible for lot of bricks....Don't use it unless you have a device manufactured in or before 2010 or the ones with 1GB internal memory max...

Something wrong which should be addressed.

I had been using Link2SD flawlessly on Micromax Canvas Power A 96(android 4.2.2). Yesterday I thought to give Apps2Sd a try. So I froze Link2SD after moving all linked apps to internal memory. But at the 1st instance, it said sdext not found, recreate mount scripts . When I tried to recreate, it rebooted, still it could not find sd card and sd ext. Then I re-created partition through in-built partition manager of the app. This time also it showed zero MB in Sd card as well as Sd ext2. But after downloading an app it could be moved to sd ext2 and it showed up in linked apps list. What went wrong, I wonder, what wrong could have happened. After feezing this 'Apps2Sd' and un-freezing Link 2Sd, Link2SD does not show any linked app. Even uninstalling Link2SD did not help. Is the way of formatting by 'Apps2Sd' different from that of 'minitool partition wizard'? I am confused.

I have an Xperia T and whenever I try to mount the ext part through Link2SD, my phone rebboots automatically and it keeps rebooting. I'm stuck with the bootloop. What to do?

extsd in fike manager

So everything is working fine with link2sd.
I had seen extsd2 in the es file manager, but now I can only see sdcard n sdcard1 on the home screen. What could be the issue?

Yes, it suitable for all sd-cards and all Roms.
For CM12.1, you need to create 2 partitions, first one - fat/fat32, second - ext2/3/4.
All partitions - you have to set as primary, not logical. that's all.

P.S.: on CM12.1 don't use Link2SD, because all /data already on SD card.

No, it's not. :)

Ask in you ROM topic, because i don't think "bootloop" caused by SD card partitions.
Try to install ROM without SD card.

I've never used swap, so can't help you with it.
I think, You get FC because you need to delete all partitions and recreate them again.
How did you installed CM after bootloop? Did you do a "clean" install (Stok-587->Kernel->wipes->ROM) or flashed kernel and flashed new ROM?

For CM12.1 use ext4 - recommended by ROM's devs (Minimum 2GB secondary ext4 partition for /data on class 10 SD card.)

I never had problems with "minitool partitions" software, It is important to use this software not via cable and phone, only through external adapter on laptop or personal computer.
