Hi everybody, I'm a new member from Italy. My Acer E700 triple sim is bricked and I was trying to download the new firmware file to flash it but the link takes me to the website of MON NUAGE o something like that... What can I do? :crying: Please help me...

I have a Acer Liquid E700 with 1.025.00 AAP GEN1. I don't know where to get the official OS to flash on my phone. I flashed a 1.021.00 AAP GEN1 variant and it boot looped. I also found an 1.025.00 EMEA GEN1 but can't flash it with the stock recovery and would always have an "Installation Aborted" message. Could anyone help me?

You have flashed the wrong firmware..

EMEA= Europe / Middle-East / Africa.

AAP = Asia / Pacific.

If you happen to own a single sim handset, make sure you use firmware ending with an "S" (though very rare) EG; "GEN1S".

Here is the official latest firmware from Acer (Triple-Sim).. Flash it using your recovery (and not spflashtools); http://global-download.acer.com/GDF... E700&Step3=E39&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=AAP_2

Note: I do not own this device, therefore i couldn't help you any further than with what i have found doing google search.

Acer S55 Instalation Aborted - Stock ROM

Hello,
Device: Acer S55 Liquid Jade
I have Stock ROM Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_CUS1. When I want update to sdcard_s_update_Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_GEN1s.zip then in recovery console i get erorr Instalation aborted.
What is diff between roms Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_CUS1 and sdcard_s_update_Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_GEN1s ?
And second question do you have Stock rom Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_CUS1

thanks for answer, but I would like know difference between roms Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_CUS1 and sdcard_s_update_Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_GEN1s.

Because I see only one change in name like suffix CUS1 and GEN1s.

I get error "Instalation aborted" from recovery console Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_CUS1 .
I need new version recovery console , when uploaded "like update from sdcard" to device rom sdcard_s_update_Acer_AV0K0_S55_1.008.00_EMEA_GEN1s, is true?

answer is yes : I need the same CWM and rom in the same version.
When I have other CWM and ROM a I get error : Instalation aborted.
