Happy New Year for all at first

I was facing for months problem about some apps that I'm locked them at recent app page that I want to stay as background are closed from itself after while with no reason and even if I give these apps all permissions required and no restriction battery saving, after many searches and trials I found the causes and the fix.
The problem mainly due to (CHROME app), There are many apps that are web based apps even that they are not web browsers which are mainly depend on web machine on your OS, In MIUI 10 & 11 Android pie based has Chrome is the main web machine by default and that's the problem.

The fix is on two steps:
1- Disable Chrome app at all (as shown on attached screenshots below): Go to Settings, App, Chrome, Permission, Info. icon on right top, Disable (Uninstall updates first and then disable), Then go to developer options, WebView Implementation, Assure that Android system webview is selected and highlighted as blue.

2- Clear data of Battery&Performance App: Go to Settings, Apps, Battery&Perormance, Clear all data.

Now your phone will keep all Apps you want them to stay on background and foreground without any FC issue

This does help, but I had a couple of issues.
1. I couldn't disable Chrome with the system booted. The fix was boot to TWRP / Advanced / File Manager
Go to system/app/chrome and rename it
Just remove the k from the end of.apk
Reboot and Chrome will be gone

2. make sure you update webview in the play store or Google assistant won't work.

3. This also fixed my issue of Magisk not popping up and asking for permission to use root.

Thanks again for the Tip !

All of my fix is for non-rooted stock MIUI users, but Thanks for your guide for rooted users

Chrome can't be disabled without root, after you uninstall updates, disable is grayed out. (MIUI 11)

No, I'm non-rooted stock MIUI and I disabled it by steps above by myself, See my screenshots attached in OP

Why not just "No restriction" & "Disable Doze" for Chrome than go with all this trouble and settle for other browsers ?

I'm using this for months and i don't have any issues

I had already tried that but still some apps were killed by themselves, only worked by steps I mentioned

I fellow step one closely, and disabled chrome, when I go-to Dev option, still chrome webview was blue. And Android webview can't be anabled on my Poco F1 phone, my ROM version was MIUI version 11.0.5 global stable which was no root.

So, try first to go to Settings, Apps, Android system webview, permissions, info icon on right top and then enable it, after that go back to developer options again and choose android webview

Also, Make sure before all that MIUI optimization is disabled in developer options

Did you disable MIUI Optimization in developer options ? you will find this option in the end of developer options page

Also, try to clear all data of Chrome and assure it's totally disabled
