If anyone is having problems backing up their applications+data on Titanium Backup due to the External MicroSD Card storage not being writable from directory /storage/7AFD-A14A/TitaniumBackup (Might be different for your device.) based on a folder backup you had from your previous device that you added into your new Note 7, Here is a quick fix to get it all working if you're having this problem like i did and want your MicroSD card to be the default backup folder.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Create a folder in your SD card storage called TitaniumBackup using Samsung My Files or any other file manager application that you prefer.
2.) Now open the Titanium Backup application and then press the "MENU" button.
3.) Under the "General" tab select "Preferences ...", then under the "Backup settings" tab select "Backup folder location".
4.) While in the Backup folder location menu select "Storage provider: Filesystem (click to change)" and then select "DocumentProvider storage".
5.) In the storage menu press the three dot menu button on the far right and select "Show SD Card" then press on the boxed three lines button on the far left and choose "SD card xx.xx GB Free" and press the "SELECT" button towards the bottom.
