Do you know if the problems people are facing coming from the ww rom it self or the fact that it's rooted??

I was soooo looking for installing ww rom on my cn model but all that problems and bugs ar killing my hype

Some of you keep saying you lose 5g wifi which is not the case
You only lose WIFI Dual Band from the armory app which only a few games support anyway

You lose:
1 for unlocking bootloader: lose warranty , lose all data , lose OTA (manually flash newer firmware)
2 for flashing ww firmware : lose dual wifi auto select, Wechat and QQ talking window when gaming
you get:
closer to pure android
set CPU and GPU config for each game

But you also forgot that unlocking bootloader voids Widevine L1 Certification, meaning that streaming Netflix and such will be limited to 480p max :/
Also a few people have been reporting dead cameras and no wifi after flashing,
I don't need root but i only beed the stock Android
But all these problems have been holding me back :/

Choose Motorola so unlocking bootloader will keep Widevine L1. No other band as I know can keep L1 after unlock BL.It's ok mate

No wifi is caused by mismatch version boot.img comparing to system. No dead camera met until now.
If you need both root and Widevine L1 on the same phone.
Would never do ??

Well I have a Motorola for daily use. And rog2 for gaming. You are right Motorola have no flagship level spec for nearly 2 years. So If you need an all-in-one phone, rog2 or onePlus 7 pro would be wice choice.Would never do

For me, I need a smaller one for daily use. I've tried rog2 but when it in my pocket, my pants go down and down.
When I finished brushing these images, I typed fastboot reboot, but the phone doesn't seem to work, I saw it on my computer and went into Qualcomm 9008 mode.

So I had this phone on t-mobile for a couple days and i had LTE but today I ported it over to AT&T and now I can't get 4G/LTE, only 3G....anyone know how to fix it? I've tried apn settings and nothing is fixing it....

You have to factory reset and go all the way to home screen without logging into Google or setting up any security like pin or thumb unlock. Once your fully booted in past set up try the camera. Should work and then continue signing into accounts
Yeah but after skipping all the setup stuff, then how do you restore all your apps and settings and stuff from a cloud save or old phone cloud backup? You normally do that during setup and I couldn't find any way to do it afterward...
Turns out it's no that at all. Haha if you use Google voice it breaks it. I wish I knew that before totally wiping my phone -.-
Well that REALLY sucks! I have to use Voice, as it's been my primary phone number for almost a decade...

Yup your absolutely right. I went into voice search settings, clicked Voice Match, and turned off Access With Voice Match. Now video recording works great. Excellent find!
