So I did just as you told me today. Did a long press on the root explore and was able to into the Mount R/W menu just like you said. I clicked RW instead of RO for /system as well as / since I have been having so much trouble I feel like it couldn't hurt. I copied a licence in each location hoping it would solve the problem even if I did put it in the wrong location. I uninstalled titanium back up and reinstalled. When I open if after the reinstall some how I'm still in free mode. Tried removing it from / and just keeping one copy in /system free mode.in es file explorer you still have to enable r/w protections for the /system. click on root explorer in the app. then a screen will pop up. click the title Mount r/w. then next to /system click on RW instead of RO and click ok. Now you will have the ability to do what you want.
Thank you so much for all your help.
