You didn't downgrade your modem to an Android 4.2.2 version before trying.

I downgrade to android 4.4 and install the modem I9505XXUAME2 but it did not work, the phone restarts but remains locked

What am I doing wrong?

If installing just the modem does not work - other users claimed this worked with just a modem - you have to install a complete STOCK Android 4.2.2 ROM. Then find and use RegionLock Away to blow the SIM lock away.

Just to make this clear, you MUST be on a stock ROM, and it MUST be Android 4.2.2. Nothing else will work.

If, after doing all this you still can't unlock, you may have no option but to pay for an unlock code.

Can you please attach some link of the correct rom stock? I know that the physiophysia follows that I must do my part but I assure you that I have not achieved it

I can't as XDA does not permit direct links to sammobile.com or samsung-update.com.
