TM isnt the same as TMO, but TM has a different version of sdm845 which only T-mobile owns the firehose ( the file which can do the connection between your phone and qfil).I REALLY REALLY dont want to upgrade to a new phone but have the t-mo model.
Can someone explain to me why this model cannot get an unlocked bootloader VS all of the other models?
Because you didn't restore the backups. Follow the entire guide don't skip steps.I unlocked the boot loader but can't go to download mode... please help me...
It's mentioned in the guide, X referrs to the number comport had at the port selection in qfil, as you said its 15 in your case.I have a problem on step 12. I don't have com_x in appdata, instead there's comport_15, comport_14, qfil.config and bhi
Exactly as mentioned in the guide, but you wont be able to get in download mode if you don't restore your backups, do not skip steps.how do I go into download mode when my phone says:
Your device software cannot be checked for corruption
?
It does not matter, you can be on any firmware, it works on any model except T-mobile (TM)Can anyone please tell me what firmware version I can use, with this guide for a LMG710EMW? It is unclear. Ideally later versions of android. Thanks!
Thanks! I found this out the next day (my download speed is very slow). Working on Android 10. great! It does not matter, you can be on any firmware, it works on any model except T-mobile (TM)

Hi, I own a G710N too.
unplug the phone, press volume up until you see "power off" on your phone, then pressp ower button. Hold volume + and plug the phone to pc and it should get in download mode.hey i already done all the step, but when i wanna flash the kdz with lg up, it says no handset are connected ? and im still in fastboot. when i try forcebooting + volume up it goes to white screen with imei and says press power key to exit and restart phone. What should i do ? I need help
Because you didnt drag the frp image over the cmd so it introduces the path, it cant flash something that its not specified, when you drag the file over the cmd with your cursor it will automatly put the path for you.Nevermind, I did it!
(I really don't understand step 20 "20. Open the CMD inside the extracted fastboot-tools.zip and type: fastboot flash frp (drag and drop over the cmd the frp.img), it should say OKAY."
I don't know what I have to do exactly. I open the cmd link in the platform-tools folder and I write "fastboot flash frp", but it says
"
unknown partition 'frp'
fastboot: error: cannot determine image filename for 'frp'
")
