unfortunately I guess you will need to wait for dload of EMUI 10.1 or try opening eRecovery and choose Update to latest from there, see if it gonna find any firms...

How to check for update using eRecovery on EMUI 10:
It doesn't require a cable plugged in. In order to acces eRecovery, Power OFF your device or Restart it. Press then simultaneously POWER+VOLUME UP and keep them pressed untill you see Huawei on screen. Release the POWER button and keep pressing VOLUME UP untill you are in eRecovery menu, then release button. When in menu, select Update mode, then select eRecovery mode then Update and recover system then Download update and recover. Connect it to Wi-Fi and it should start the update, if there is one. If it's a newer version than the one installed, let it download and update. At the end, it will restart to system.

Great, now you will have to wait for a higher number build rather v126. That one is released for other custs (i think C605 or C636), not yet tested. For C431 & C432 v123 patch 03 is latest released by Huawei. Next build will have some improvments and June security patches ? and it will be maybe v130 or higher one...

NO, the only way is to use HiSuite do downgrade and have a working device

You can try with System Recovery method from HISuite - remove proxy from Settings- but first you need to modify C:/Users/Your user/App Data/Local/HiSuite/userdata/UpdateDogDev/HiSuiteConfig.xml and add your phone model there. More info at https://pastebin.com/CD1HKQyi .Later edit: or use the file i've made for your ELE device attached bellow. Just replace yours from C:/Users/Your user/App Data/Local/HiSuite/userdata/UpdateDogDev/HiSuiteConfig.xml and try System Recovery method from HiSuite. Sometimes the XML is being replaced automatically by HiSuite when connecting to server. So make sure you updated file is there before you starting Recovery option.
Later edit2. If it's not working with this HiSuite version, install HiSuite version 9.0.2.301. After installation is done, open it and don't let it update to a higher build, just make sure the xml is in place, connect your device in Fastboot and use Recovery - link here:

Yup, when you install a not matching firm that happens, IMEI disappears and phone keeps shutting down after some minutes of turning it on....
a dload I guess gonna fix it however dload version has to be 10.1 :/
