Here Is network solution for LE2101 Indian Model
I personally tested it on Le2101 with Vi Operator also Volte is working

Steps:

1.----> After Color OS Booted restart your device into fast boot again
2.-----> Than flash below attach modem file (Extracted from c.35 Oxygen OS 12.1 Indian Variant) Using Bellow Command
fastboot flash --slot=all mdm_oem_stanvbk mdm_oem_stanvbk.img
3.------> Than reboot your device and enjoy network services

Warning: - I am not responsible if anything goes wrong, I tested it on my device, and it works

Will try and update... Any fix for sensors ?
