Hi, with 4.4.2 as described in the OP, you can use the flash only with dolphin browser.
.81 was the last update. Will their ever be another update? Or we've seen the last of them?

On September 10 2013, Adobe released Flash Player 11.1.111.73 for Android 2.x and 3.x and 11.1.115.81 for Android 4.0.x in keeping with statements made in Adobe's publicly available Flash Roadmap. This release is the final update release of Flash Player for the Android operating system.
Here is the latest Adobe Flash Player for Android. Working fine on my SGS4 running 4.4.2.

My sincerest apologies.

This is not working for me..
I tried 3 times no luck.
Stock Browser, Dolphin, Boat Browser and Chrome.. they always show a little box with question marks.. in all flash places.
I just installed Dolphin Beta from the Play store and the latest Flash Player from the first post of this thread.
However flash still does not work!
I also noticed that, in the settings of Dolphin under web content, flash is OFF and you cannot turn it on. It gives some warning about how flash will crash dolphin. I thought dolphin beta supported flash..
Is there something I'm missing or something else I need to do?
Thanks
Edit: I'm using a Nexus 4
