Hi, I've tried to install several gsi you mention in this thread and everything went fine, but my phone stays stuck on fastboot mode and doesn't want to boot on system. I've just had an error message 'Invalid sparse file format at header magic' but it looks like it's not an issue as the process did go on until the end.
Have any idea ?
here is what I did, don't understand what is wrong

same here..
Im stuck at Fastboot mode now 😣.

after successfully flashing this
https://dl.google.com/developers/an...rm64-exp-RP1A.200720.009-6720564-c8273882.zip
i got a little too excited and got carried away... i then tried dotOS v5.2 vanilla, then Curvos OS. both arm64 A/B variant, no problem upto this point.
i then tried to flash Pixel Experience from here

then i got this error "Not enough space to resize partition" even though i use command: fastboot delete-logical-partition product beforehand.
i solved it with this command: fastboot delete-logical-partition product_a
i read from
.
the only difference is an _a suffix.
This seems to solve the problem, i can then flash PE rom with no errors. i just notice that instead of the usual 8 slots, this time it becomes 14 slots. nevertheless all 14 slots flash Okay. all done.
but when i reboot to system from miui recovery, it will only boot into fastboot mode.
from there, i can only go to fastbootd, and miui recovery mode. it wont boot into system. i try to revert back to Corvus, and dotOS both no error flashing but wont boot to system. i even tried this again
but no dice. all of them were working before but now its not. it always boot into fastboot mode.
the only different thing i do prior to this is this command: fastboot delete-logical-partition product_a (with an _a). 😣

It same with my case. After flash gsi and wipe data in recovery mode, it always boot into Fastboot mode.
Now i'm back to stock MIUI 🥲

it's a active fslot problem, i'm quite sure. when i flashed gsi on my old mia3, in some case i had to flash gsi on system_a and system_b
So you mean here is the steps:

fastboot set_active a
fastboot delete-logical-partition product
fastboot erase system
fastboot flash system (name gsi.img)
fastboot flash system_b (name gsi.img)
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta (vbmeta.img mod or patch)
fastboot flash vbmeta_b (vbmeta.img mod or patch)
fastboot set_active a
fastboot reboot recovery
in recovery select wipe data
Reboot to system

For now maybe i want to try to enjoy MIUI 12.5 version first

It seems I'm already on Global MIUI? I finally got the bootloader unlocked but the only MIUIs in the flashtool are 12.0.6 & 12.0.7. ?
download the recovery version of miui 12.5. go to update software, tap 4 time on miui logo. when pop up "extra options enabled" appear, tap 3 dot menù. select rom you have downloaded. enjoy new miui.

this is the ota package for 12.0.6.0 global

Ok. I'm in a pickle. Tried DotOS and image was too large for system. Pixel Experience installed perfectly but keeps giving me a constant popup saying This Device isn't Google Play certified? Can't go back to MIUI as Mi Flash Pro can't detect the device....

Nippon gsi is the largest community of ported gsi. but flash carefully. not al generic gsi are compatible with stock vendors driver. after rebbot you can have some bugs. but the stock system can be easily restored. i suggest ported gsi from redmi note 8
