[Guide] How to install Nougat on AL10,C432,C636,C185 and go back with stock firmware

AL10C00 on C432,C636,C185

1. Download files from , choose one from another firmwares

AL10C00B523

You will get 2 .zip files
- update.zip
- update_data_full_all_cn.zip

After that copy these to Exteranl Storage

Download Stock Firmware AL10C00B386 then extract it , we will use update.app

2. Unlock bootloader/TWRP/ROOT ,Use my vdo to guide how to do that (SRKTOOL Huawei)

3. Change build.prop ,parameter ro.build.display.id set it to ro.build.display.id=NextL00B037 (SRKTOOL Huawei)
4. Change oeminfo to AL10 (SRKTOOL Huawei)
5. dload AL10C00B386
6. Unlock bootloader/TWRP again (SRKTOOL Huawei)
7. After install TWRP scuccessfully ,choose menu form TWRP , Wipe > format > type Yes
8. After format, Dont' Reboot System , choose Home then Install .zip files
- update.zip (Don't Reboot System, choose Home then Install)
- update_data_full_all_cn.zip
after install update_data_full_all_cn.zip, you can reboot Reboot System
if you get message No OS install , don't worry.
9. After install and boot into system checking Build number,it will be shows AL10C00B523.
Now your phone can't detect sim card.
10. fastboot cust depend on your varaint by SRKTOOL (suport C636,C432,C185) after Reboot , your phone will be detect simcard (SRKTOOL Huawei)

3. if it will be show you , please enter password or boot into erecovery ,don't worry please ignore the unlock bootloader/TWRP/ROOT

4. after root success , don't reboot system, please choose home>reboot>bootloader then install stock recovery EMUI4.1

For others model EMUI4.0 or EMUI4.1

3. Install TWRP/ROOT

4. after root success , don't reboot system, please choose home>reboot>bootloader then install stock recovery EMUI4.0 (if you from EMUI4.0)
/ install stock recovery EMUI4.1 (if you from EMUI4.1)

5.1 change build.prop, ro.build.display.id to ro.build.display.id=NextL09C999B100
5.2 change oeminfo to C432

5.4 dload L29C432B320
5.5 Unlock bootloader/TWRP
5.6 reboot to TWRP then wipe (data,dalvik,cache,system)
5.7 install
- update.zip Don't reboot
- update_data_full_hw_eu.zip reboot when success
(if you got error message error 7 when you install update_data_full_hw_eu.zip please use twrp copy update_data_full_hw_eu.zip to internal storage then install again , it shouldn't show error 7 when finish)

if you would like to install L29C185B520
5.1 change build.prop, ro.build.display.id to ro.build.display.id=NextL09C185B100
5.2 change oeminfo to C185
5.3 download L29C185B320 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxOdJKPsTEZZZk4ybFdHUXNNd1E/view
5.4 dload L29C185B320
5.5 Unlock bootloader/TWRP
5.6 reboot to TWRP then wipe (data,dalvik,cache,system)
5.7 install
- update.zip Don't reboot
- update_data_full_hw_meafnaf.zip reboot when success
(if you got error message error 7 when you install update_data_full_hw_meafnaf.zip please use twrp copy update_data_full_hw_meafnaf.zip to internal storage then install again , it shouldn't show error 7 when finish)

then Copy to External Storage

3. Unlock Bootloader,TWRP (SRKTOOL Huawei)
4. Reboot your phone to TWRP then choose Wipe > format > type Yes
5. After format scuccessfully ,choose Home > Reboot > Recovery
6. Install
- For C636 > update_data_full_hw_spcseas.zip
- For C185 > update_data_full_hw_meafnaf.zip
- For C432 > update_data_full_hw_eu.zip

then Reboot to System

7. After boot to system , we will root it again (SRKTOOL Huawei)
8. After root scuccessfully , Dont reboot system , please choose Home > Reboot > Bootloader
9. Install Stock Recovery EMUI 4.1 (SRKTOOL Huawei)
10. Reboot to system then chabge build.prop , parameter ro.build.display.id to
- For C636 > ro.build.display.id=NXT-L29C636B002 (SRKTOOL Huawei)
- For C185 > ro.build.display.id=NextL09C185B100 (SRKTOOL Huawei)
- For C432 > ro.build.display.id=NextL09C999B100 (SRKTOOL Huawei)
11. Change oeminfo to C636 or C432 or C185 depend on your variant (SRKTOOL Huawei)
12. dload Stock firmware L29C636B200 or L29C185B200 or L29C432B192 depend on your variant
13 . Afret success 100%
14 factory reset , Ater that you will get Stock Firmware with bootloader locked

HI. I have completely ****ed my phone using this method. I went through everything and got andriod N. But im suffering huge problems. I cant get the sim card working at all, phone has no imei, everytime i go to repair it it just does work no matter what i do. Evrything is crashing, like the messengning app wont work, and everything is so buggy, I reakky need to know how to fix all of this because i just cant. My bootloader is locked and i cant even unlock it because i have no imei to put in or anything into the code generator. Can someone please help me? My phone isnt usuable at all.

the process is to complicated to make that it's not worth it for me, i'll wait for the ota update or a much simpler way to update, i remember it wasnt that complicated with the mate 7 to get an update

Please, I can not unlock the bootloader. I do not have an imei number or a simcard sign. I tried the rollback and nothing. I can not switch from NXT-AL10 to NXT-L09. I'm lost.
