Hello,

First thank you for your hard work and research.

I am running SS 3.65 on Droid Bionic. I'm currently on CM11 in slot 1. When i boot into SS and try to restore the back-up into stock slot it will complete data and cache but it will fail on system even after mounting both data and system. what am i missing?

I did:

-Install Rom in Slot 1
-Set it up to my liking
-Reboot
-Back up Slot 1
-Switch to Stock Side
-Wipe Data, Dalvik, Cache, and System on Stock Slot
-Restore Back up from slot 1
-Restore Fails...

Also i know this is a Note 3 forum but i would guess that devices don't matter since this is thru safestrap... or am i wrong?
OK so i figured it out.

Turns out my Gapps package was too big to go with the ROM so i was able to successfully restore with a smaller package.
GREAT TUTORIAL, Thanks!!! :D

--Edit--
So after installing and booting CM in stock the splash screen for SS appeared and the hardware keys were still functional... should i be worried and reinstall recovery again like i did in stock?

S3 Compatibility?

To start off, I love you @Hashcode for being the talented developer you are; making safestrap for our beauty.
Moving on...

Once you have met the pre-requisites above you may continue.
Hey Brandon, Thank You So Much for posting this for us Galaxy Users.Worked liked a breeze on my Note 3. I Was Wondering,Would The Same Process Work On My Galaxy S3? I Just Wanna Use Cleanrom and Never Look At That Stock Rom Again.(Even Though I Have It Backed Up,For Safety Purposes)

This is the first time loading up a ROM on an android device so I apologize in advance if these are questions already answered.

If I restore the ROM(Planning on trying Jasmine) onto the Stock after backing it up on the boot options, this process will erase everything with the Stock ROM? Or do I have to clean the stock using the wipe option.

Thanks
