Does it work consistently or does it need the Master Power a little toggling to make it work?
Ya. It work consistently, just that I tweak phone speaker, headset, bluetooth setting in the viper to make sure they reach my expectation. Once done, then everything is easy. Lol

What do you mean every time?
Every time when you reboot phone? Probably can try to lock the app, whitelist viper from auto start, auto clean, greenify or any apps what will close apps automatically?

I mean when i try to listen to Spotify for example. First i need to open Spotify and play a song, pause it, open ViPer, toggle the Master Power off and on under Headphones, then play the song on Spotify again to make the mod work.

ViPer isn't restricted by any app what so ever though.

Hmm, not sure what's the issue though. I never use Spotify before. Lol

6. Currently, the setup will bork BT audio which means that there is no sound that is going to come off of your BT speakers or headphones. What you need to do to fix this is as follows:

a. Rename "audio_policy_configuration.xml" in "/sbin/.magisk/img/aml/system/vendor/etc/audio" to "audio_policy_configuration.xml.bak".

b. Copy the audio policy configuration xml file from "/sbin/.magisk/img/aml/system/etc" to "/sbin/.magisk/img/aml/system/vendor/etc/audio".

c. Restart the device.

I've managed to complete (a.) and rename the file.

(b.) When i try and find the APC xml file from "/sbin/.magisk/img/aml/system/etc" the only file listed is audio_effects.conf. There are no APC files in this folder for me even when i enable "show hidden files"

what should i do?

Thanks

I used this guide to install ACP and JamesDSP and it worked before. But with ROMs that have 11.0.9 blobs, no audio mod works anymore. Neither V4A nor JamesDSP. It all works on the earlier (June) versions of the very same ROMs. Tried on Lineage based ROMs, CAF and AOSP, same result
