Im on a 4 core too with 5GB ram, but my hard drive holds me back. I'm a gamer, so dual booting is all I can do, have to have a good 110GB for games:laugh:

Hey bro check out these 2 devices and please since in porting ROMs you seen to be an expert please tell me if the nexus 5 can be ported to Atrix HD. I will appreciate if you do

Thanks I did anyway for the heck of it. Lol well I might be the only person doing this and it works even though I had to get deeper making changes from the framework to the system file since these 2 devices are way off in everything. Lol

Also from CDMA I manage to make it work on gsm., I added the external SD mount and tons of stuff to it.

I think the reason the latest build I tried to port from the s3 beanstalk rom didn't work because there is additions to the init.d that the last build didn't have and i think that the build needs those additions in order to work and it won't boot up onto my device galaxy nexus idk :what:

yeah do all the other parts. And if it work with the cameradata folder, thats your answer! I'm going to try and port some nexus 4 roms (for some reason non will boot for me) I think you just solved my issue!

no, the res is too high, just look at the res to see if you can port

all because of res, but also audio libs and files needed in newer devices will make a rom fail to boot. Theres nonthing that can be done saying these files are device specific
