Creepy,
Please forgive my noob question but I would like to know how to get back to ICS after having used your extremely helpful guide to flashing the UCKH7 firmware.
To give you a quick background on my situation, I purchased my phone new a couple months ago, got it on my lunch break, had it for roughly 5 hours, came home and updated to ICS using Kies. A few days later I rooted it by flashing Siyah 3.4.2 and figured out how to use CWM and flashed up to Siyah 4.1.1 a few days ago. I discovered that hulu+ and Crackle wouldn't play videos so this morning I decided to make a nandroid back up and do a factory reset to try and "start over".......which bricked my phone. That's when your guide was brought to my attention and I now have a functioning phone again (THANK YOU for that!!) but Kies tells my that I'm already on the latest firmware. Do I need to flash the UCLE5 firmware as you describe in detail here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1746181 in order get ICS back on my phone? Is that the only way I can do it?
I would also like to say that aside from the issue I was having with those two specific apps every Siyah kernel I used worked just fine and since using your method to get my phone up and running again Crackle still doesn't work quite right, it just plays sound as if the video is playing but no actual video. I've come to realize that for how little I use hulu+ and Crackle all this wasn't worth it and I'd actually be happy to get my phone back to stock ICS with Siyah and CWM on it again.
Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. I also read your opinion linked near the start of the thread and it sounds like the risk of the eMMC error is minimal so I'm willing to give it a go.
