download links doesn't working. Just timed out..
Well, there's nothing I can do about that. It's [NUT]'s download site, not mine.

I just tried to download the installer and it was slow, but it did download. :)

Edit - I see you were asking about the kernels. Please don't quote an unrelated post next time lol. :D

It worked, just had to have some patience :)

Any special reasons for using an Ukranian kernel?
None, apart from the fact that I had the Generic Ukraine FTF on my PC already when I created the kernel only files. All kernels in 10.5.1.A.0.283 releases are identical anyway.

Glad it worked for you. :)

Please help me, I'm a noob here. My phone need to connected in flash mode or fastboot mode to flash this kernel? I have been read some tut like "how to flash a kernel on sony xperia device", all tut say it is in fastboot mode, but in fasboot mode by flash tool there is no option to choose .ftf format, only .sin, .img and .elf.:confused:

1) Download kernels from link in OP, put them in firmware folder inside your flashtool folder.
2) Turn off phone and start flashtool, click flash symbol and choose flashmode.
3) Select the .230 kernel and flash it (don't wipe anything).
4) Boot phone

5) Go back to flashtool and click on the root symbol (key).
6) Turn off phone and start flashtool, click flash symbol and choose flashmode.
7) Select the .283 kernel and flash it (don't wipe anything).
8) Boot phone.

You don't *need* the kernel only ftf file, you can simply flash kernel only from any .230 full ftf, just tick the exclude boxes on flashtool, everything but kernel. Let @kingvortex enjoy his ?!
