P.S: These kernels are same for all Xperia ZL models (C6503 , C6502, C6506) because of contain kernel only so you can use them for all models.

Did you read the OP? You have to flash .230 kernel first, root, then flash the .283 kernel back.

Reading your sign I see 6506, the OP says 6502/3... Are you sure that this method works for your 6506 too?

Just download latest flashtool and click the key symbol (root). It will use towelroot to root... but it needs .230 kernel.

That worked quite well... (got my phone back from battery repair today)

so flash 230 kernel, enable dev mode, root, and then it was cake to get back to where I was before.

Here! My battery drains so fast. Last time, i used charge my phone once a day. After update, i need to charge my phone at least twice. Also, my phone usually becomes hot even though it's in standby mode

The download links were coming up as malware according to Chrome. I was able to complete the procedure using the full .230 and .283 FTFs by just making selections in Flashtool to remove everything that wasn't the kernel. Phone seems to be working fine, with root, and with no loss of user data.
